The 2nd floor multi-purpose theater space is about 1200 sq ft can comfortably hold 200 people, we can seat 150 people and have table and chairs for them. There is also an additional proscenium stage.
The current single evening/day event rental for the 2nd floor theater space is $700. This generally covers an 18 hour window for load in/event/load out/clean up. We have limited staff, so hourly rentals are available but need to be arranged well in advance and that is for rehearsals at $20/hour.
The downstairs room, which seats 50 people, cafe style, can also be set up for smaller receptions or dance parties, is $150/evening, but is rent-able for readings at $15/hour up to 3 hrs.
The Bar is also available for rent and is $150/evening with an addition $25 bartender fee based on number of guests.
We offer a discount if you are renting the bar and back room together
For longer rentals (for example a production of a show 2-3 weeks rehearsal +/- 2-3 weeks of performances) the rate is $1200-$1500 a week based on accessibility needs and other factors involving the number of performances/expected attendance/etc.
We have also in the past worked very hard to accommodate non-profit and new/just starting out companies to make the space affordable for them with various profit sharing arrangements, and we offer discounts for arts and cultural related fundraisers depending on the company and their individual situation.
